Completed the successful sell-out of the Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago. The building consisted of 486 Residential Condominiums and 339 Hotel Condominiums. This was marketed to Luxury buyers with a specific lifestyle in mind. Sold and Marketed the majority of the condominiums using effective presentations and consultative sales skills. Achieved the highest price per square foot in the downtown real estate market. The development sold out in Summer of 2014 with a sell out of over $650 million.
